We want you to feel confident trying PinImage. If you are not satisfied with your first subscription payment (Pro or Agency), you can request a full refund within 7 days of that initial charge — no questions asked.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Lemon Squeezy billing portal linked in your account settings. After cancellation, you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, then automatically move to the Free plan.

What's not refundable

• Renewal payments after the first 7-day window have already passed
• Partial-month refunds for cancellations made after day 7 of a billing cycle
• Charges where the account has been suspended for abuse or terms violations

How to request a refund

Email hello@pinimagestudio.com from the address on your account within 7 days of your first payment. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
