• "Pin" refers to a Pinterest-optimized image created using the Service.
• "API" refers to the Application Programming Interface provided by PinImage Studio for programmatic access to the Service.
• "API Key" refers to the unique authentication credential (prefixed with pk_live_) issued to eligible subscribers for API access.
• "Subscription" refers to a paid plan granting access to Service features.
• "Free Plan" refers to the no-cost tier of the Service with limited features.
• "Pro Plan" refers to the $19/month subscription tier.
• "Agency Plan" refers to the $49/month subscription tier.
• "Quota" refers to the monthly limit of pins a user may generate based on their subscription plan.
• "Template" refers to pre-designed pin layouts available within the Service.
• "Third-Party Services" refers to external platforms and services integrated with or referenced by PinImage Studio.

2.1 Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using PinImage Studio in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines, policies, or rules applicable to specific features of the Service.

2.2 Legal Capacity

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

If your account is terminated:

• Access to the Service will be revoked immediately
• No refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods
• You will have 30 days to download all your content before deletion

16.1 Good Faith Resolution

Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation for at least 30 days.
